Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange something you ordered? It happens. We'll take care of it! All unwashed, unworn merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days.

To initiate a return or exchange, you'll need your order number and the email address you used to make your purchase (note: if you checked out with PayPal or Amazon Pay, that may be different from the first one you think of).

If we sent you the wrong thing or a defective product, we'll of course pay for return shipping as well as shipping your replacement. If you ordered the wrong size or the wrong thing, you'll pay for return shipping, but we'll still cover the cost of shipping your replacement to you. Refunds are also available if an exchange is out of the question.
